Robin took excellent care of my Rav4. Service was one-stop-shop as I needed tires, brakes in addition to regular maintenance. Car was ready before the estimated time allowed. Fast polite service to fix a recall to my Toyota RAV4. They did a multipoint inspection and advised me of service items that needed attention at no extra charge. They did a multipoint inspection and advised me of service items that needed attention at no extra charge. More

I test drove a new Prius with him and told him what I was looking for and that it would be a few months before I purchased. Alex was very understanding and kept me up to date with the stock on hand, in transit and allotted and was never pushy. This past weekend, I was ready to purchase a vehicle and Alex was very kind and patient throughout the negotiations. His sales manager, Jeremy Webb, worked with me to get the best deal and was patient and never pushy as well. The entire experience was extremely professional and I could tell they were an advocate for me to drive home in the exact Prius I wanted. I will be referring all my friends and family to Rick McGill’s for any Toyota purchases or needs. Great business and outstanding staff! More
Micah was a sweetheart. Very easy to work with and talk to. Finance manager and some other manager I spoke with. Rude. They will talk to you like you’re stupid. UPDATE: The dealership reached out to rectify my situation. I would just remind everyone to make sure they are persistent with asking questions and requesting details on purchase price and trade-in situation. I would just remind everyone to make sure they are persistent with asking questions and requesting details on purchase price and trade-in offers. Don't hesitate to walk away if something feels off. They lowballed me on my trade-in value, basing it on what I paid vs what it is currently worth. They then charged $5,000 over the sticker price of the new car I purchased. I didn't realize this discrepancy until after I had already signed all the paperwork and driven the car home, making it impossible to reverse the deal, though I tried. It's incredibly frustrating to think I could have avoided this if the dealership had been upfront and transparent with their pricing. I understand dealerships need to make a profit, but I expected a fair, honest transaction—not to be taken advantage of. More
I appreciate the efficiency and courtesy. Schedule online, arrive 5 minutes early, just drive up to the automatic service door and there is everyone to check you in. My favorite part was the Schedule online, arrive 5 minutes early, just drive up to the automatic service door and there is everyone to check you in. My favorite part was the service video,They text you status updates and a link to see the video. I wish I could share it online (or download) without also sharing the cost etc. the condition of my old in cabin air filter was something to see! More
