Dealers we're not honest with me I went into City Chevrolet to get my car service but decided to see if l can purchase another vehicle. Andy Synder and Garrett William help me.l told Garrett that l didn't want my credit pulled from other banks.l just wanted to stay with same bank that l already have.Garrett promise me that they will not shop around at other Banks .I received two letters in the mail today from the banks that didn't approved me.Garriett made me believe that l was getting a good deal on the car and come to find out that l paided way way more for the car that he quoted me.I am very upset with Andy Snyder and Garrett William for the way that l was treated,.ls this the way that they treat customers .Making them believe they're getting a good deal on the car and promising not to shop my credit around to others lenders just to make money.l will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again,and l will tell all my family and friends what happened to me. More
Service department issues Bought my car here in 2004. Good experience with the purchase. Based upon that experience, I had it serviced there until a couple of years ago, when Bought my car here in 2004. Good experience with the purchase. Based upon that experience, I had it serviced there until a couple of years ago, when I started seeing recommendations to fix things that I did not believe were required. After 2 experiences like that, I started going to a mechanic and have been pleased with the mechanic. In Sept 2018, I had a license plate bulb socket that needed replacing (the socket, not bulb) to pass inspection. On 9/25/2018 took it to City where they could replace socket, and do the inspection all at one time. While fixing the socket, they proceeded to do the inspections and told me that I needed almost $1200 of repairs to pass inspection, for front lights and steering. I was suspicious (especially since I had checked my lights and confirmed they were working before I brought it in to make sure I could pass inspection). I decided to get it inspected somewhere else. Ended up that I only needed a 10amp fuse replaced ($3.99 + tax). The blown fuse was could have been a result of the work they did on the license plate socket. Regardless I replaced fuse, and it passed inspection. More

They chocked , and surprised us by paying $3,000 for us . We were lost for words because it’s something that no other dealers do. And for that, we will always be loyal and grateful to Chevrolet . Their service was perfect, and our experience was and will always be unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend people to go there and purchase new, used, and beautiful cars. More

Exemplary customer service & an easy buying process I recently bought a new car here and was amazed with the level of customer service I received. My salesman, Ace Louis, went above and beyond in co I recently bought a new car here and was amazed with the level of customer service I received. My salesman, Ace Louis, went above and beyond in communicating and helping to make the transaction as smooth and fast as possible. The finance manager, Brent Bell was also very helpful. Both explained everything about the car and process very clearly and were extremely helpful. They also both stayed late on a Friday night (which I later found out was a big basketball gamed night - really sorry guys), even after they knew we would be late, so my husband could meet me there, which I doubt many places or people would do. One of the other employees (I missed his name, but I think he may have been a sales manager) also helped my son get set up watching a game on his tablet so that he wasn't bored, which was really helpful. More

It’s been a great SUV but she was getting up there in miles so I asked if I cou I really enjoyed working with City. I came to service my 2012 Equinox. It’s been a great SUV but she was getting up there in miles so I asked if I could see a new Equinox. Mostly to kill time. But the salesperson was friendly and pulled one up based on what features I liked. It was a great!! It really fell in love with the new features and I didn’t have to get the one with all the bells and whistles. Plus they had a nice selection of colors which was nice! So all that to say, I love my new Equinox and look forward to cotinuing to work with the service when the need arises. More
