The fact that he took so many great pictures of the car made me confident that I was not going to waste my time going up there to get it. This was a whole new process. I was a first time buyer but Chad was able to walk me through it and help me clearly understand any questions I had. The dealership had already closed for the night and I was waiting on someone to help me shuttle it back home.
