This was my first time buying a car, I went in knowing what I could afford and at other dealerships the sales people would show me cars way out of my price range and couldn’t do anything to make me feel l what I could afford and at other dealerships the sales people would show me cars way out of my price range and couldn’t do anything to make me feel like I was being heard and understood. At Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet they listened to me and understood what I could afford. They showed me a brand new Equinox, went in depth on all the features and asked me what I was hoping for and when I told them they let me know it was something they could do! I didn’t feel like another dollar sign to them, it felt like a dealership that really wanted me to have a safer car that I could afford. Ray Farris was so amazing! He could answer any questions I had, went in depth on all the qualities of the Chevrolets I was looking at and he didn’t make me feel pressured into signing anything. Because of this experience, I will most definitely be returning because you can’t find another dealership that listens to their customers and makes them feel like they’re being heard like City Chevrolet.
