After leaving I realized an ask to check windshield wipers was forgotten. That was on me until I reviewed the service work. Right there was a notation that customer declined to have wipers replaced. Customer service has significantly declined over the years. Used to be top notch, now you’re just a number. My service rep NEVER answered her telephone which was so frustrating...especially because I wo years. Used to be top notch, now you’re just a number. They would transfer me and straight to voicemail I go! She would call back hours later or the following day. My car was at the dealership for a total of 5 weeks.
