Very organized and well run operation. Friendly and efficient staff. Good facility and waiting area for customers who wait while cars are serviced.
Rick Hendrick has always been my go too and they always have the best service! I’ve never had a single complaint.
I brought my 2024 X3 in for a new tire. While replacing the tire they serviced the car and noticed the transmission had a leak. Came back a week later and they decided a new transmission was needed (under warranty). They ordered a new one from Germany and gave me a loaner. It took a few weeks (transmission had to ship from Germany) but it got replaced. While the car was sitting there they fixed a small dent. Excellent service! Great to work with Keith Giacobe.
