Terry ensured that our first experience with BMW was an excellent one. He was not pushy but clearly conveyed that he valued our business. He was able to offer a better rate than our credit union which was suprising because we had gotten an excellent rate. We ended up being at the dealership longer than anticipated and not only did they offer us snacks that were available at the dealership but Terry also did a lunch run for us, compliments of Jerry. 😃 Jerry also exceeded our expectations.
