First of all our salesman ,Patrick, was really good and took great care of us. He was the only one who walked out to lot to greet us in three visits. In this virtual world that we live in, it’s almost impossible to create an authentic connecting without being face to face, but not with Todd. He made the online experience seem as if we were onsite. Going over the paper work was like sitting at his desk, conversations about the vehicle was like a test drive over the phone. Need to write another great review! I keep my new BMW at my condo on Seabrook Island, SC which is an alternate work location for me. I am there 10 days per month. While I was at my home in Ohio, both my lic my condo on Seabrook Island, SC which is an alternate work location for me. I am there 10 days per month. While I was at my home in Ohio, both my license plates and car cover came in. Tom Heater personally drove to my condo which is a long way away and personally put the license plate and cover on my car. As far as I am concerned. he went above and beyond the call of duty and I appreciated it very much. He gave me peace of mind. I am very appreciative. I am sure he had better things to do that day! In my lifetime, I have never enjoyed a dealership more than this. They go above and beyond the call of duty with service. I have just leased my second BMW convertible and both Tom and Alex scoured the ear than this. They go above and beyond the call of duty with service. Their service department is also fantastic. I can take my computer and work and make phone calls in a relaxing and private environment. I could not recommend them enough. More
