I had to wait 24 hrs to get my tire looked at bc RHBMW has rule you have to wait in their crowded waiting room -INSIDE - DURING COVID - or you get pushed to end of service line, even tho I had an appt. the service on my appointment for new tires could not have been worse. I called dealership and BMW recommended the tires for the car. When my car got to the dealership on a Saturday they realized t have been worse. I called dealership and BMW recommended the tires for the car. When my car got to the dealership on a Saturday they realized that the wrong tires had been ordered. They kept my car and said the tires would be installed on Tuesday. I arranged to be at dealership on Tuesday but upon arrival they informed me it would be another couple of hours before my tires would be on my car. Eventually got my car back on Wednesday at end of day for tires that we scheduled to be installed on Saturday! Disappointing that a premium dealership would allow this type of service More

I would say my whole experience was about 3 hours, which is ab people were friendly, and the Finance person had me out of his office pretty quickly.
