The Tanaka airbag was repaired as a result of a recall. Service reps very helpful thus friendly. I’m sure they did what was schedule but however for the price they are charging, complimentary car wash should be mandatory. Also, I paid the diagnostic fee of $96 and was told after that it would cost me price they are charging, complimentary car wash should be mandatory. Now, I was told that the diagnostic fee was good for 30 days and would be subtracted from the $492. I’m military so I was told I get a 10% discount so that should put me around a total cost around $357 plus fees. However at the end of it all I still paid $447. Tyler, which was the guy name, told me it took longer/extra for some reason but that shouldn’t matter since you quoted me a price. More

My problem could have been avoided had the dealer put a wheel key lock in my 2030 X3.
