I made an 8am appointment on Thursday morning for a BMW recall. My car was not serviced until the following Monday. I followed up several times with the service department and was told that an appointment recall. My car was not serviced until the following Monday. I am back in a BMW and couldn’t be happier. In an environment where inventory is scarce, Keaton Adams did the impossible. Very frustrated to spend 4 1/2 hrs waiting on my car when the problem could have been solved by phone if the BMW Genius's had thought to tell me that my car was no longer responding to Talk to Text because m the problem could have been solved by phone if the BMW Genius's had thought to tell me that my car was no longer responding to Talk to Text because my subscription to the ConnectDrive had run out (car was bought used in September with a subscription still intact unknown to me). After waiting 3 hours, I was told that my car never had that capability which was aggravating because of course it did, otherwise I wouldn't have missed it! I asked for the car to be washed but it wasn't, however, I couldn't take more time to wait on it. Sam was very friendly but if someone had taken the time to sit in the car with me at the beginning, a lot of my wasted time could have been avoided. More
It took 3 weeks to get an appointment for basically an oil change, and the dealership kept my car for 3 days to complete the oil change-i could have accomplished the whole task easier by driving my car to oil change, and the dealership kept my car for 3 days to complete the oil change-i could have accomplished the whole task easier by driving my car to a jiffy lube service while you wait- it is definitely not the service advisors fault, probably inefficient management of the scheduling department and the service operations More
Marco, BMW Controls/Settings Local Genius Helped out with subtle problem I had with my 540i audio system . Marco walked me thru a "Software Reset" which fixed my problem. First of all our salesman ,Patrick, was really good and took great care of us. He was the only one who walked out to lot to greet us in three visits. He was very knowledgeable on all models and answered al took great care of us. He was the only one who walked out to lot to greet us in three visits. Really great benefit and he was top notch. Strom our finance person was very thorough and explained all the available service programs available to us. More
Todd Tayler was AMAZING! I’m a man of faith and I know it was God that led my wife and I to shop online at Rick Hendrick BMW-Charleston which eventually led us to Todd Taylor. Going over the paper work was like sitting at his desk, conversations about the vehicle was like a test drive over the phone. Need to write another great review! I keep my new BMW at my condo on Seabrook Island, SC which is an alternate work location for me. I am there 10 days per month. While I was at my home in Ohio, both my lic my condo on Seabrook Island, SC which is an alternate work location for me. I am there 10 days per month. While I was at my home in Ohio, both my license plates and car cover came in. Tom Heater personally drove to my condo which is a long way away and personally put the license plate and cover on my car. As far as I am concerned. he went above and beyond the call of duty and I appreciated it very much. He gave me peace of mind. I am very appreciative. I am sure he had better things to do that day! More
