I have had my 2000 - Z3 serviced at BMW Dealer Service Centers in CO, AZ, TX, TN and now in SC at Rick Hendrick BMW and Nicole Floegel is the most efficient service advisor I've ever worked with. The service department was thorough in the annual oil change, repairing my A/C , as well as securing an older part for my 'service engine light'. Have to return the car in the near future for a minor correction, my clock was disconnected while the service technician repaired the dial for the A/C. As noted, it was a minor mishap and does not change the pleasant service given by all the service team. More
