Fantastic Service All Around I have been going to Hendrick BMW since 2005. The dealership staff has been professional, personable, and knowledgeable whether it be in the service I have been going to Hendrick BMW since 2005. The dealership staff has been professional, personable, and knowledgeable whether it be in the service department or sales department. I completely trust Terry Troutman in service for identifying issues in my old model BMW as well as my 2 new model BMWs. I know I will not be oversold services but get honest assessment of work needed. I have had numerous BMWs models, and have been happy with all of them. Though my key sales person has retired, Theresa Troutman recently handled my latest transaction. She listened to my needs and wants, and was able to quickly assess what model may suit me. Bingo....I purchased the car in a matter of minutes. The last part of the team is Andrew, the finance manager....fantastic. He makes the transaction quick and easy! I love working with the team at Hendrick BMW Charleston. More

Not pleased with service department I've had my BMW for almost 3 years now. I bought it at Rick Hendrick and had a great experience with my sales person. The service dept. has always bee I've had my BMW for almost 3 years now. I bought it at Rick Hendrick and had a great experience with my sales person. The service dept. has always been a problem for me. Sometimes, I walk in and people just look up from their desk and don't say a word to me. I have always felt awkward. This time I had an issue with a tire that is losing air. My car had less than 27,000 miles on it and even though I have a tire agreement, I had to pay for two new tires. I don't even know if there was a nail in my tire or what caused it to be flat. I was told that my tires are abnormally worn. The service report states several tasks that the customer (me) asked to be performed. I wasn't charged for this work but I also never requested it. My tires never got changed that day because they didn't have my tires (although I called in advance and was told they were stocked). In all fairness, they did send me home with a loaner and returned my car to me a few days later. This is not the kind of service I expect from BMW. More

Help for an unknown out-of-towner‘s BMW Arrived in Charleston for visit on New Year’s Eve after 300 mile trip from home. My older BMW was making bad grinding noises on arrival. Drove to BMW service department on Savannah highway, Christin made it clear she was there to be helpful. She was. She also asked Uri (head service technician?) for his advice. Both of them were gracious, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Could not have had a better experience getting assistance. These two people gave outstanding help to a previously unknown customer. Rick Hendrick’s is fortunate to have them as employees. More
