Teresa is amazing! I don't even know where to start. I work overseas and was looking at cars from a bunch of dealerships. I was so close to buying a car from the BMW dea I don't even know where to start. I work overseas and was looking at cars from a bunch of dealerships. I was so close to buying a car from the BMW dealership in Owings mills MD and even put a deposit on the car so they will hold it for me until I got back in the states. I was lucky enough to work with Teresa. The dealership in Maryland tried selling me a different car than what I wanted. I was asking Teresa about the whole thing and she offered to jump in and get my money back and her manager even offered to jump in and help if needed. I think that speaks of how awesome they treat their customers down in Charleston. I wish I lived closer so I could bring my new car there to get worked on. I wish I could leave more than a 5 star review but unfortunately that's the highest we are able to put. Im sure other sales people are good but I highly reccomend Teresa. She even picked me up at the airport at 11pm on a Saturday with my car. I will definately make the trip down there to buy from her next time I'm in the market for a car. More

Awesome Experience I live approximately 6 miles from a BMW dealership in Greenville SC but chose to drive three hours to this dealership to purchase my BMW. Once I arrived I could tell right away that my experience was going to be awesome!!!! Will was my salesperson and he was extremely professional, informative and knowledgable of the vehicle that I was interested that of an X5 series. All the vehicle on this dealership were well maintained and truly classified as a certified BMW. I will be doing business with this dealership when I like to upgrade in the future!!!!!
