Traditionally, car buying is an experience right up there with going to the dentist. That just ain't the case at Hendrick. This time around, we also got the privilege of meeting Alex Greene, the Finance Manager. Alex was very helpful and informative and just added to our total experience at the dealership. Bad Diagnosis I have been to the service department several times and this last time was it. They completely misdiagnosed my car as I got 2 other opinions... going I have been to the service department several times and this last time was it. They completely misdiagnosed my car as I got 2 other opinions... going from a simple $300-400 repair to what they recommended...a $3000 repair. They also continued to tell me I needed new tires, brakes, rotors and sensors after I had that done at a separate, more reasonably priced place, 3 months earlier. I do not trust their technicians. The service reps, however, have always been nice and helpful. More

Best Service I was so upset about a service light that wouldn’t go away. I had a tire problem. I stopped by the service department just before closing and Dustin t I was so upset about a service light that wouldn’t go away. I had a tire problem. Nobody deserves to be ripped off. I am sharing my experience with them. I am a guy who is very enthusiastic about cars. In my case, it was just shredded serpentine belt, 69 dollars. Service advisor called me said he had bad news for me and said initially at least I have to spend 1200 dollars. He added I may end up spending 3000 dollars. Anyways, I did some online search and read long articles, asked my friends. I called them back and said I am going to see it myself. I went over there, there was nothing broken or what. It is just serpentine belt. I knew it. Long story short. Serpentine belt 69 dollars plus 400 dollars labor. Yes, it is 400 dollars not 40. Funny, isn't it? It is. They will probably try to give me answer down below. It is up to you. Believing me or them. Suggestion: Find a good BMW service with good reviews and high rank. Never leave your vehicle. Ask people, search online, ask service to explain to you in detail before they do anything to your vehicle. Hope it helps. Nobody deserves to be ripped off. More
