While on a trip and returning to northern Virginia, we stopped by Rick Hendricks BMW to look at the new iX3 and iX5e PHEV. we met Adam Ballou and he showed us the X5. Trae Glidewell worked with us to arrange the deal. Initially we wanted to purchase outright, but Trae shoed us that we would save more money if we leased the vehicle. We then met Marley Umphlett for an in-depth run down on all systems in the car. She was very patient with answering all our many questions. We could not have been happier with the service provided by the sales and finance dept. While we live about 600 miles away, I would return to Rick Hendrick BMW of Charleston for my next BMW.
