Well where do I start my vehicle was scheduled for service on February 27 2026 with a loaner to be provided I went in a few days early to confirm while being told there won’t be a loaner available unt service on February 27 2026 with a loaner to be provided I went in a few days early to confirm while being told there won’t be a loaner available until mid March so therefore I had to pay out of pocket for a rental once they started the work on my vehicle I was called and told I needed something that would cost $2400 more on top of the almost $1400 that I was already having to pay originally Daniel Lee quoted me $3500 but I told him forget the $1650 tires and the front rotors that he added in himself for $597 I picked my vehicle up drove it for 2 days when it started stalling on yesterday (Friday) I called Daniel Lee he asked when can you drop it off I said I can’t drive this car all the way back to Charleston with it stalling like this I’m in the Columbia area he didn’t care wasn’t concerned at all So me thinking that BMW Columbia was affiliated with Rick Hendrick I called and spoke to Mr .Edwin service manager and he had me to come in to take a look and low and behold All the money I paid because of their careless mistake my vehicle was serviced properly by Mr.Edwin and his team with no cost to me so thanks Rick Hendrick BMW and Daniel Lee for leaving my grand son and I stranded for you guys sloppy work More
