I throughly enjoyed my car buying experience with Ryan and his manager Anthony. Ryan and the staff at Rich Morton were helpful and courteous!!! I can honestly say that I have never had such any easy and enjoyable process in buying a car!! Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was able to get my car the next day by sending a driver to my house to pick me up in my new car just so I could sign all of my paper work at their Annapolis dealership.....Wow if that does not say great customer service I don't know what does??!! Other dealers can really take leassons from Ryan and the entire staff of Rich Morton!! More
I had been looking to trade in my car and get a new one. Ryan was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved it, I had driven others but had not been as satisfied with them. The car was missing some floor mats and Ryan made sure they were ordered and called me as soon as they came in (which only took a day or so) so I could pick them up. He was very helpful and made purchasing my first car fairly easy. Ryan has followed up to say thank you and make sure I am a satisfied customer. The body shop customer service is great: they did good work, completed on time and as promised, they dealt deftly with my penny-pinching insurance company, and they were quite accomodating and friendly. My brother and I had been lookin around for a decant used car, We had looked at several local dealers,but just did'nt quiet find a decant car at a reasonable price. So he called Rich Morton Lincoln Mercury of Annapolis. And They said come on in and we'll try to work something out within our price range. So we wen't in, And were greeted by sales rep. Ryan he was cortious and very informative,and gave us plentty of time to look around for ourselves,although always availible for any ?'s we had. We found a very nice lookin Merc. Milan and he filled us in on it's condition,price,etc. So we took it for a test drive, handled very well. When we got back from test drive we told Ryan we liked it. So we talked a deal, a little tug -n- pull but we eventually agreed to a good deal, And I can't forget the sales manager Mark,whom also was very helpful in the purchase. I will never buy a car anywhere else! This was my second time buying a car from Rich Morton this year. They are the nicest people-they make you feel very welcome and they remember you. My husband and I traded in our two vehicles for two used vehicles. Ryan was great to work with. We test drove a couple vehicles, made our selection and proceeded to the paperwork. Though he was leaving for vacation, he made sure everything was ready for us and the transaction went smoothly. AJ completed the transaction for us a couple days later... and we were ready to roll. They registered both vehicles right at the dealership, saving us a [lengthy] trip to the MD - MVD. Ryan followed up with a couple phone calls to make sure we were satisfied customers. We are! We would recommend Ryan and the Rich Morton crew - my husband already uses their service department (Jon) and has been very pleased with their services. More
I found myself unexpectantly in the market for a new vehicle without any time for shopping. I found a competively priced Ford Escape online but unfortunately Rich Morton was 2.5 hours away and without t vehicle without any time for shopping. I found a competively priced Ford Escape online but unfortunately Rich Morton was 2.5 hours away and without transportation I couldn't even test drive this vehicle. By the pictures and price, I knew I didn't have much time before this vehicle was going to be sold. I thankfully had someone to look at it for me and they told me to BUY IT!!!! I spoke with AJ and he found me financing at an interest rate I haven't seen for a new vehicle EVER! I purchased an extended warranty but declined a gap insurance policy. AJ did the rest regarding the financing, I didn't even have to speak with the bank. Ryan delivered my Escape to my WORK (2 and half hours away, remember) and we completed the paperwork at my office. The tags were already on the car, the car was pristine, and honestly looked better then the pictures. AJ called a day later because he really thought I needed the gap insurance which he got for me less than two dollars more a month. I am a single mother and these gentlemen got me into a safe new vehicle, HASSLE FREE within a few days. I have a manageable payment, with an extended warranty AND gap insurance. They really went above and beyond and turned around what was for me a very difficult situation. And they still call me to check in to see if everything is going well! What a great team - I couldn't be more thankful... More
