I enjoyed my experience at Rich Morton. Brian Vanni and Anthony Johnson were very personable and helpful throughout the entire sales process. I brought my car back the following Tuesday for detailing and everyone from the sales manager Mark Wade, the service department, and the cashier were very helpful and professional. There were a couple minor interior blemishes missed during the detailing of my car, but other than that the car looks and feels great. I'm very pleased with the car so far and I'm looking forward to driving it in the years ahead. Thanks. More

Sue and Mark worked very hard despite unseen obstacles thrown in the way to help my husband and I purchase a gorgeous 2010 Mercury Mariner.When the car would not be on the premises until Monday,they took thrown in the way to help my husband and I purchase a gorgeous 2010 Mercury Mariner.When the car would not be on the premises until Monday,they took our trade in and loaned us a 2008 Mariner so we could get used to the drive of a Mariner and would not have to drive our old van any longer.Sue kept in touch and provided us with cold beverages in the dealership as we were shopping for cars on the hottest days in July.Sue worked well and enthusiastically with us and dealership staff to keep us informed on the latest developments of our car quest. It was a pleasure to buy my 2007 Mercury Milan in July from Rich Morton Lincoln Mercury of Annapolis. A.J. helped me with all the paper work and jumped through hoops to help me get the best interest rate on my loan. And Mark the manager addressed the very few issues I had very effectively and quickly. I am 23 years old and was afraid I wasn't going to be taken too seriously with some dealerships, but Rich Morton Lincoln Mercury of Annapolis couldn't have treated with more respect and honesty. I have a full time job with a long commute as well as being a graduate student, they recognized this and affixed their schedule to fit mine and it was above and beyond anything I expected. I spent days searching dealership lots in Annapolis and Glen Burnie and no other dealership, new or used, had better prices or quality of selection. I highly encourage anyone to go there and peruse their selection. My experience was superb. More
At this point I have only to deal with the sales department and the experience has been wonderful. I have not had the vehicle into your service department yet.
