I have been doing business with these folks for over 25 years for a reason. When you buy a new or used car you can be sure it will be right. My old Lincoln Town Car was wearing out, so I talked with Ryan Weigand in December of 2010 and he had exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I was not able to buy at the time but I told him to look for a similar car in a couple of months. Last week he found the exact car that I wanted, with the best price, and gave me top dollar for my trade in. He had the car delivered to me in perfect condition and exquisitely detailed. He briefed me on some of the latest gadgets aboard and took care of all of the paperwork. I must admit, I have historically dreaded the whole car purchasing ordeal; especially the interaction with the car salesmen. I prefer just speaking directly with the GM from the start. However, this was not the case at Rich Morton. Ryan was leaps and bounds above your typical salesman; I felt no need to speak with anyone else. He's been nothing but the best in taking care of follow-up service items. I do not feel as though I'm just a statistic or quota; I'm a valued customer in Ryan's eyes. I would not hesitate at all in going back to Ryan for my next purchase and I would fully recommend him to anyone. More

He had a no pressure style but yet was very quick to respond via email or phone calls when I had a question. Mr. Lambert provided me with all details from information on vehicle to trade value to financing, yet I never felt any pressure to buy. Mr. Lambert gave me the information I needed, so that I could make my own decision. I would also like to compliment the Rich Morton of Annapolis Sales Manager Mr. Mark Wade on his professional and knowledgeable but "no-pressure" style. I am very much impressed with this dealership and it was easy to notice that the professional and courteous treatment flows from the top down. i travelled from Baltimore to Annapolis to purchase this vehicle. I am sure there are many Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealerships between Baltimore and Annapolis. It was worth the trip to find this dealership. My only reservation to granting outstanding or excellent on the Dealership in all categories regarding my experience in buying a new used Lincoln is the result of the disappointing Trade In Offer made by the Dealership on my existing Lincoln. I felt that I was given a low-ball offer given the values published in both the NADA and Kelly Blue Books. Granted, the existing 1993 Lincoln Mark VIII is only in good condition (not excellent), but independently established prices for dealer trade-in-values for this car are noted at over $1,400. I was offered less than $500 dollars even though the car runs well and has under 100,000 miles and I and the car had a long term service relationship with this Lincoln dealership. It would seem that the engine alone would fetch this amount in the marketplace. More

When I was told about the truck that I went to Rich Morton to look at I expected the same as most dealerships, pushy sales staff. But what I found was polite and accomadating staff. When Ryan approached me I told him what vehicle I was interested in and he immediately showed me the truck and listened to my needs. After discussing some options and getting a trade in value on my truck, Mark was very up front with me on the information in regards to my trade in and I very much appreciated the input. I left and explained that I would get back with them on Thursday, again I expected to get the 20 phone calls to get me back in to look at the vehicle. I went back on Thursday as I promised and again was treated professionally by both Ryan and Anthony. They explained my financing options and what it would take to get me into the truck I was interested in. I left with a sense of ease knowing that the decision was mine to make the purchase and again I did not receive any pressuring phone calls to purchase the vehicle. That evening I made the decision to go through with my purchase and contacted Ryan and we made an appointment for 1pm, I arrived at 12:15 only to find that Ryan and Anthony arrived early so that they would be available if I arrived early. Again I treated professionally and every step was explained clearly to me so to make my purchase go smoothly, Anthony went the extra mile to help me with my financing which was very much appreciated. My overall experience at Rich Morton was far more than I ever experienced at other dealerships and I would strong recommend them to anyone in the market to purchase a vehicle. One last note would be that in all the vehicles that I have purchase in my life, I never received a call fromt the General Manager thanking me for my business and giving me his number to call if I ever had any issues.
