Drove away with great deal I loved, loved Diana K from Internet sales. She started the paperwork before we even got there. We were so upside down on our current car and really d I loved, loved Diana K from Internet sales. She started the paperwork before we even got there. We were so upside down on our current car and really did not think we could do anything. She met us in the sales lot as soon as we got there. Followed us through the process. Now for the down side. Our sales person lacked personality. I guess I wanted to feel special buying a brand new car! She did not even shake our hand or say thank you when we left ?? But I love my new Jeep! More

Decent Experience...I hate the process....!!!!!! I hate the process of haggling over a deal!!! Overall this was not horrible. I also hate it when the salesperson knows less about the vehicle than I hate the process of haggling over a deal!!! Overall this was not horrible. I also hate it when the salesperson knows less about the vehicle than I do! I feel like I got a reasonable deal, at least one I could live with and have no regrets over. I also hate being made to wait!!!!! My time is valuable and a process that should take less than an hour is always stretched into 3 to 5 hours in their effort to wear you down. I don't like playing that game. Then once the deal is made there is all the attempts at "upselling" to increase dealer profits. I don't like that game either. Just hate the process!!!! Diana Kizer was easy to work with and helpful. The salesperson, Chad Hardy was less than helpful. More

Bob Frensley Service Center I originally took my 2012 Challenger to Franklin Dodge after a recall notice was sent out regarding the 3.6L alternator on the Challenger. After gett I originally took my 2012 Challenger to Franklin Dodge after a recall notice was sent out regarding the 3.6L alternator on the Challenger. After getting the alternator replaced, I experienced problems with some electronics on my vehicle and was quoted nearly $900 for repairs. I took my car to Bob Frensley in Madison to get a second opinion, and I was immediately impressed with the customer service. They drove me home via a shuttle all the way home to Antioch, diagnosed & fixed my car within 5 hours (on a busy schedule) and the overall costs were a third of what Franklin Dodge estimated. Franklin DCJR was even going to replace a major component that had no damage! I liked the professionalism and will definitely use Bob Frensley in the future. More
