With recent sales staff changes, we tried a different Ford deal My family has purchased several Ford vehicles from Rhinebeck Ford over several years. With recent sales staff changes, we tried a different Ford dealer to purchase my 2015 Expedition one year ago. When my transmission failed in upstate NY suddenly, we found ourselves out of town at the end of the line for service attention. When we contacted Rhinebeck service manager Nick, he spoke directly with the upstate dealer to expedite our service repair, arranged for a loaner during the repair and gave us updates periodically to keep up to date of the repair. Where we wish the transmission had no difficulties, we are so appreciative of the true level of service we received from Rhinebeck and its staff, Nick and Tammy. We are a Ford family and we will return to Rhinebeck for our future purchases and service needs. They have always been helpful for the vehicles we have purchased there, but we were so impressed with their over the top assistance for my vehicle that was purchased at a different dealership and being repaired at a different location. Terrible buying experience and service experience I bought my truck 2 years ago in October from Rhinebeck Ford 2011 F350 had 27,000 miles on it they gave me a one-year extended bumper to bumper warran I bought my truck 2 years ago in October from Rhinebeck Ford 2011 F350 had 27,000 miles on it they gave me a one-year extended bumper to bumper warranty and never fixed any problem that I had. The only thing that they ever fix was my brakes my brake light came on two weeks after purchasing the vehicle the brakes are shot they didn't even look the truck over before they sold it. And they just cut my rotors for fix. I complained about many problems. Now that my truck is 2 years old I put over $2,000 into it front tie rod ends track bar ball joint one U-joints were bad all things I complained about when I got my truck. Transmission pan was also leaking because of rust but I guess for doesn't fix it under warranty because Rust isn't under warranty. I would never buy another vehicle from Rhinebeck Ford. I paid good money for my truck I held up my end they did nothing on their part. Vinny the GM impossible to get hold of and the parts manager Nick good guy but drink the Ford Kool-Aid still can't do nothing his mechanic say all these parts are good when they're not shame on you. And they only did this because my truck was under a bumper to bumper warranty but now they want to work with me now that it's out of warranty they want to work with me on a price get out of here I'm done!!! More
Easiest car deal ever! I needed a new SUV for my wife and I took a look at their lot. Jim the salesman found me wandering through the Escapes and was quick with a joke abou I needed a new SUV for my wife and I took a look at their lot. Jim the salesman found me wandering through the Escapes and was quick with a joke about the weather ( I appreciate odd humor ). I ran about 5 or 6 questions at him rapid fire and he had the right answer for every one and I was taken back a bit. This guy knows his stuff. Jim took the time to find out why I needed a larger SUV (we are expecting our first child) and directed me to a 2016 Escape with all the equipment I was looking for and even a few safety features that I didn't know it had. Rhinebeck Ford now has a customer for life thanks to Jim and I even had a nice chat with Vinny the GM about baseball of all things. Extremely low pressure sales and they made me feel at home. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. More

They were very friendly and worked with me to get me in the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I had dealt with several local dealerships, who were less than helpful and after finding the vehicle I wanted at Rhinebeck, I emailed them to see if they actually had that vehicle in stock. I received a prompt response the next business day, that they did, in fact, have it on the lot. I dealt with Jimmy Blatz and he was wonderful. Most of our correspondence was by email and he always responded quickly and thoroughly. After dealing back and forth for about 2 weeks, he got me a price no-one else could/would match and I made the 4 hour drive out there. Once they were able to physically evaluate my trade in, it assessed for less than what I was quoted via email (a quote given without even knowing what I had for a trade in). Knowing I had already been to several other dealerships and had no luck and poor experiences and given that I had driven 4 hours to get there, they honored their quote. I was happy with the deal and came home with my new car. I had a terrific experience at Rhinebeck Ford and wouldn't hesitate to make the trip again. I highly recommend them for their friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff! More
Indifferent sales staff I called looking for a used Ford truck. The salesman kept cutting me off and said "nope, can't help you" and "you're never gonna find it." This was my second time dealing with Rhinbeck Ford. Never again. On a side note, I found the truck that the salesman said I would never find. Another dealership went the extra mile and found the truck I wanted. Amazing what a motivated and professional dealership can do. More
Rude service department I made an appointment on their website to talk to the service manager about a recall that Ford had on my suv. That day I decided to call the sevice department at about 8:00am to make sure that they could see me so I wouldn't waste a trip. One of their service employees answered the phone in a rude manner. I explained to him about my situation that my suv was on recall to which he replied "what's a recall". He continued to talk to me in a rude tone, told me he was very busy and come and see him in July because they can't get the replacement parts. I went over to another Ford dealership in Dutchess county and was treated with respect. I will never call or do business with Rhinebeck Ford. More

You couldn't ask for a better stress free experience while making a major financial purchase.
