Trade for a New Ford Explorer Went to Rhinebeck Ford to trade in my 2012 Ford Explorer for a current model. My salesperson was Andrew Torres. After we discussed my exact specific Went to Rhinebeck Ford to trade in my 2012 Ford Explorer for a current model. My salesperson was Andrew Torres. After we discussed my exact specifications for the new car, and it was not a car that they had in stock, Andrew managed to find the exact car and I had it the very next day, together with the new registration, insurance and extended warranty that I had purchased. An extraordinary and very pleasant experience in today's world. I will and already have recommended Rhinebeck Ford and Andrew Torres to several of my friends who were also amazed at my experience!!!!! More

Great Experience I waI was shopping for a new vehicle (Ford Focus RS) and wanted to trade in my car. Andrew Torres was very gracious and made the process easy for us. I waI was shopping for a new vehicle (Ford Focus RS) and wanted to trade in my car. Andrew Torres was very gracious and made the process easy for us. Andrew took us for a test drive and the negotiations were not a constant back and forth, what I experienced in other dealerships. He arranged everything to our liking before we picked up the car. Altogether it took one hour for all formalities; test drive, negotiations, buying the car. Andrew also arranged to meet the Parts Manager, so I can get a personal call to get my eagerly awaited snow tires. Samantha from Finance was also very nice and professional. Great experience overall.
