So kevin was great he called everyday to tell me why their technician wasn't done with it and apologized for it taking 5 days, I picked it up Friday after paying $133.31 (I payed for the platinum extended warranty) when I picked it up it seemed like w very thing was fixed so I drove straight to work and when I got off I went through the drive through then home, I went maybe 15 miles since I left the dealership. On my way home my check engine light came back on More

Friendly and efficient In my recent car ownership history I have had 3 Continentals and 1 LS and even though I enjoyed the vehicles and drove each of them more than 70,000 m In my recent car ownership history I have had 3 Continentals and 1 LS and even though I enjoyed the vehicles and drove each of them more than 70,000 miles I wanted something different so I purchased a Corvette and decided that was not practical so I went to BMW. My last 2 cars were 335i's and they were excellent and the service provided by the local BMW was first rate, however, as I traveled for business my rental car company kept putting me in Lincoln MKS or MKZ's and I was impressed so I purchased an MKZ and it is a fantastic car, in fact it is so good that in a few months we intend on replacing our BMW X5 and a Lincoln MKX looks like our first choice. This decision is based not only on the value of the car, but the value of the service provided by the Reynolds' Group. BMW service was great but the service provided by Reynolds is better. If you want a great car backed by outstanding service get a Lincoln at Reynolds. More

"Hurry up and wait" I visited this dealership to get a fuel system problem repaired. An appointment had been made a week in advance. Sat at the deakership from 9:30 am un I visited this dealership to get a fuel system problem repaired. An appointment had been made a week in advance. Sat at the deakership from 9:30 am until 3:15 pm when I found out that my Escape had not even been taken into the shop. I was asked to bring it back the next day if I wanted it repaired. Seriously!? I took the car home. Lois called me the next day and after reviewing my options..none of which seemed particularly good...returned to the dealership and made a second appointment. I was asked to leave the vehicle again even though they were not going to look at it until the following day. I declined and instead took it in at 8:00 am the following day. After several hours they reported that they had cleared the codes but couldn't find the actual cause because there was insufficient fuel in the tank and if the problem reoccured to return it to the dealership with more fuel in the tank and they would find the problem then. Will the problem happen again? Since nothing was done to repair whatever the problem is I imagine it will. At least the second time the communication was better and I didn't sit around the waiting room all morning but got taken home by their shuttle service. Vehicle was purchased at this dealership and that was a fine experience but this is the second bad service experience here. Not sure there are better options in OKC unfortunately. More

Outstanding and Personable Don was one of the most likeable salesman I have ever encountered in purchasing a truck. Our first meeting was over the phone and he was courteous and helpful without being overbearing. He was very knowledgeable about the pickup and fully answered my questions. When I arrived at the dealership he was very kind to my wife and I and did not pressure us to make a quick decision. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle.
