Why we didn't start our search with Reynolds, especially since it's closer to us, I'm not really sure. Overall Steve and Terry made us feel comfortable the moment we walked in. They got us exactly what we wanted even though they did not have it on the lot. They didn't try to sell us on anything else or were pushy by any means. It felt like they really cared about what we wanted which was different than the other dealers. This will be the place we return for our future Ford vehicles. More
