However I was disappointed that the dealership requires a credit card deposit for the use of a loaner car during the service appointment on a new Lincoln. My wife has a 2006 Lexus and the dealership still gives her a loaner car for use during her service appointment even though the car is 9 years old. More

Great Car Buying Experience with a Salesman that cared. Mr. Hong was the best, easiest, no pressure car salesman I have ever experienced. Mr. Hong cared for my daughter's safety and choice in cars. Mr. Hong went out of his way to explain air bag safety in my own car that I was not trading in. I immediately took my car seat covers off because Mr. Hong took the time to explain about the side air bags and how the seat covers being stretched over them could cause the air bags to deploy in a manor that could be more damaging. I will be purchasing my next car from Reynolds Ford and Mr. Jo Hong:) More

The customer service was less than satisfactorily. The dealerships work on my vehicle was great! However, the customer service was terrible. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and two recalls. When dropping it off at my scheduled 9am appointment I informed the gentlemen of an issue I had with the transmission and asked that they check the fluid and let me know if he found any issues. He informed me that it should all be complete by mid afternoon. Around 2pm I called the dealership to check on my vehicle but no one answered and I left a voice mail. Around 3pm I called again due to not receiving a call back and still no answer. Around 4:30 I called for a third time. Finally he picked up and told me he needed to keep my car overnight due to his transmission guy wanting to look into my vehicle more because he was apprehensive to work on it due to the mileage. I informed him I needed my car by 11am the next day and he said he would call me first thing in the morning to let me know what the outcome was. Well I didn't get a call from the dealership. My grandpa went up there around 11 to straighten everything out and figure out what the hold up was and finally I got news relayed to me via my grandpa about what needed to be replaced and fixed and I was told it would be available for pick up that afternoon. When it was time for pick up, Kevin (from the dealership) called my grandpa to inform him of my vehicle being ready, not me. I was very upset by this. It was ridiculous that my grandpa had to intervene in order for work to be done or to receive any form of communication. All in all the vehicle is running great and I appreciate the work they did regardless of the poor communication. More

Reynolds Ford Edmond, OK After having perhaps our worst experience ever while dealing with Metro Ford in OKC, we returned to Reynolds from which we had previously purchased tw After having perhaps our worst experience ever while dealing with Metro Ford in OKC, we returned to Reynolds from which we had previously purchased two Fords. It is hard to imagine two such different dealer. Dealing with Alan Coffee was a pleasure. No insulting offers or xx. Metro Ford made an offer on a trade, we accepted, and then they backed out. No such nonsense at Reynolds. Everything was straight forward. Follow-up was also excellent. We called Alan two days after buying the Taurus because we needed help with some of the features he had explained. He immediately had us come in and answered all our questions (again) and set up all the features for us. Can't say enough good things about Alan and the entire Reynolds team. David Turney More
