Service on Focus Transmission Purpose of service was for a second attempt at resolving a transmission fluid leak. Since the new seals have been re-sourced it is probable that the Purpose of service was for a second attempt at resolving a transmission fluid leak. Since the new seals have been re-sourced it is probable that the ineffectiveness of the first repair (and tie initial issue for that matter) may have been faulty parts. As usual, it was very easy to set up the appointment online and Kevin Zabloudil did a good job of handling the service set up upon arrival. The repair took longer to complete than originally thought which was of no particular issue to me but suggests that the communication between the service techs and the advisors probably could have been better in this case. Over all it was a smooth handling of the in-warranty repair including the above plus courtesy transportation to and from the dealership and the checkout cashier process. More
