An easy experience . I highly recommend Albert Salib at Revolution Kia . He was so patient and really listened to my needs and wants when choosing a car. AWESOME DEALERSHIP I have to say this was the easiest process ever buying a car at a dealership. The facility is state of the art and so is the sales team. Albert Salib the salesman stayed late for me and accommodated my busy schedule. Ray the finance manager got me the program I requested and I drove away in an affordable 2017 Sorento. Non Existent Customer Service As a returning Kia customer I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) that I received in my recent transaction with As a returning Kia customer I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) that I received in my recent transaction with Revolution Kia. I previously leased with Jack Daniels Kia in New Jersey and had a great experience with my Kia Forte - I worked with them in leasing my car and for much of my car servicing. Because of this, as the end of my lease approached I decided to stick with Kia. I moved to Long Island about a year ago, but I was told I could return my car to any Kia dealership and go from there. Revolution Kia was the closest Kia dealership to me so I decided to see what they had to offer. I worked a salesman named Zach Pollack who SEEMED very pleasant to work with; I didn’t have any immediate suspicions to make me feel I could not take his word for reality. I asked for the same exact car I was returning to them, just the newer version. Zach inspected the car I was returning to determine if they would be able to take it back (I was I think 3 or 4,000 miles over). I was informed they would take my car back so I was thrilled. I asked if they were leasing 2016 cars and he confidently replied that they were not. I said 2017 it is and negotiated the money down to a price I felt comfortable with on the new car based on what I would additionally have to pay for DMV fees/etc. (Zach provided a number for me and ensured me that would be the number). When I got to financing, his number was $600.00 off. I refused to pay the additional $600.00 out of pocket because that was not what I had agreed to. Financing managed to get that number down and threw in 2 years of complimentary servicing. I decided that was alright and proceeded. When it was finally time to get my keys, Zach handed them over. I noticed that the automatic car starter was not attached, so I asked where it was. He responded with stating it was not included and that it would be an additional fee. I was confused because this was part of my package with my other car - not something I ever had to pay extra for or even request. The keys I had returned the day before very clearly had it attached. Already frustrated I spent $200.00 out of pocket I was not anticipating due to HIS error, I was not about to spend any more money for something I was led to believe would be part of my car. After driving my new Kia Forte 2017 off the lot, I noticed additional items here and there that were in the car that I returned and not in my new car. I no longer had a sunglass holder, a cover for my center console, the temperature on my review mirror or the mpg breakdown. At this point I was beyond annoyed. These were items I should have noticed before driving off the lot, but unfortunately, I did not. I re-visited the website to call the office to express my frustration. There I saw that there were deals listed for the 2016 cars I was told they were no longer leasing. When I did get ahold of Zach he claimed that he “must have researched” if they had any 2016 on the lot. He did not. He told me “it doesn’t matter anyway, the 2016 would not have been any cheaper to lease.” At this point I am fuming so I want to gather all my options. I ask how to determine how to get out of my lease and he told me that he could not tell me anything, that I would have to call Kia Corporate. That led to zero results. Kia Corporate cannot do anything because each dealership is independently owned. I have reached out to Zach, his manager and have received ZERO response. Additionally, I am still receiving letters from Kia Corporate stating I have not returned my car and that legal action will be taken if I do not return the car. I contacted them to ensure the car was returned. They apologized and stated they have been unable to connect with Revolution Kia to gather the necessary paperwork to consider the car returned. GO FIGURE. Bottom line: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH REVOLUTION KIA. If you read all these negative reviews and still decide to, make sure you get a deal sheet and carefully study your contract before signing and driving off. Being careless and overly trusting was my mistake, but the lack of customer service I received is unforgivable. This was my first time doing the negotiation process on my own and I learned my lesson. I have already warned my friends and luckily convinced one to leave the day she was there looking at cars. She had a much better experience elsewhere. More

Unexpected visit I haphazardly stopped in to Revolution Kia about two weeks ago and was greeted by a very nice salesman Albert Salib. He was soft spoken, kind, courteo I haphazardly stopped in to Revolution Kia about two weeks ago and was greeted by a very nice salesman Albert Salib. He was soft spoken, kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable in the manufacturing, performance,available options and safety of the Kia Sorrento. He was patient, explained everything, listened to my concerns and answered whatever questions I had. He never rushed me and took so much time and personal attention to detail. A true gentleman! I would definitely recommend going to Revolution Kia and asking for Albert Salib. You will not be disappointed. The dealership is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee. More
Mike Rogers was fantastic My husband and I spent a lot of time researching SUVs. Because of their excellent safety and value ratings, we looked at the Kia Sorento. We were luck My husband and I spent a lot of time researching SUVs. Because of their excellent safety and value ratings, we looked at the Kia Sorento. We were lucky enough to get Mike to help us. He showed (and test drove with us) several 2016 and 2017 options. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and the different available packages. He patiently spent most of Sunday helping us out and in the end we got a great SUV that fit our budget and had exactly what we wanted. More
