Tony Nesnick of Revolution Kia in Lindenhurst, asked me why I needed to see the finance manager. I told Tony, I don't understand why I was overcharged, why they didn't give me the advertised price? He sai why I needed to see the finance manager. I told Tony, I don't understand why I was overcharged, why they didn't give me the advertised price? He said nobody ever gets the online price, I said you advertised online and when I took it for a test ride it was confirmed by your sales rep Danny, after telling him I saw it online for 14,991. Why would I pay an additional $3,000 he went on to say cause of your credit rating I had to pay the retail price. So why am I paying a high finance charge, no answer. Today 8 months later I go to refinance the vehicle at Kia Giant in East Meadow, (same owners part of Kia Big 3) and 1/3 the cost of the vehicle is lost. I have copies of everything including the online price and now today a copy of what they offered me to refinance. Over $6,000 lost. More
John, the salesperson was very intrusive. He asked inappropriate questions such as, the price quoted to us by another dealership. He then bad mouthed the other dealership, despite their good reputati inappropriate questions such as, the price quoted to us by another dealership. He then bad mouthed the other dealership, despite their good reputation. He then could not give me a bottom line price for the vehicle. After 10min and two trips to his supervisor, he gave me my bottom line amount, but stated that the price could only be applied to a silver Sorento. When I asked to see the vehicle, he could not produce the vehicle. It was very obvious at this point that this dealership was shady, so I left. John did call three hours later to say that he had the vehicle and I could come and look at it. My response was "no thank you." Stay away from this dealership!!! More

James told me in 3 months i would receive all my info in the mail. that was about 5 month ago and now they are out of business. they stole and money and did not keep their promise.my gut told me too walk away from that place the day I walked in but did not and now i regret it.
