After multiple test drives that helped to zero in on what was doable budget-wise, with Finance transactions courteous and frank, I was so happy, so very thankful and happy, to shake hands all around in celebration of my new vehicle! 2002 Nissan Frontier XE Reineke got me into a truck that I liked. And seemed to get me through the process relatively quickly. Only complaint is that no sooner than 12 Hrs. Almost as if the code was cleared out just to be sold without replacing the bad sensor, Luckily only a $20 sensor. Other than this issue truck is in good condition with new tires. More

Outstanding Service! This past Tuesday evening, while visiting from Florida, we noticed that the low beam headlamp on the driver's side of our 2011 Mazda 6 had burned out. This past Tuesday evening, while visiting from Florida, we noticed that the low beam headlamp on the driver's side of our 2011 Mazda 6 had burned out. Jim Kuhn, Reineke Service Advisor was able to work our Mazda in immediately and the somewhat complex lamp replacement was completed in less that an hour from the time I called for an appointment! We are former residents of Lima and we purchasedthe Mazda new from Reineke in April of 2011, The sales and service that we have received from Reineke have always been outstanding! I wish they had a store in Florida! More

Surprised My 2013 Lincoln MKZ, with 78.000 miles on it, developed an overheating problem which was diagnosed as a broken water pump. Two thousand, one hundred a My 2013 Lincoln MKZ, with 78.000 miles on it, developed an overheating problem which was diagnosed as a broken water pump. Two thousand, one hundred and forty six dollars ($2,146.00) later it was repaired. The work that was done was completed on time and so far I've not become aware of any issues surrounding the repair. I was, however, very distressed over the cost of the repair. It was understandable as the entire engine needed to be pulled to replace the water pump. My issue was the fact that the Lincoln line is touted as a top quality Ford product where quality is job one. I do not expect that the water pump would malfunction at less than eighty thousand miles. I've never owned a vehicle over the last 45 years where I experienced an issue with the water pump at that mileage and most likely will not purchase a Ford product again as I cannot afford that type of repair cost. 44 years ago I changed out a water pump on a 1966 Ford Mustang which I did myself for less than one hundred dollars ($100.00). I understand that with design changes and progress there has been a change in cost and DIY repairs are a thing of the past. Still, $2146.00 is one heck of a cost to change a water pump. One that, in my opinion should not have malfunctioned at that mileage. More
