Great car buying experience I wasn't even really looking for a car but with a car with just over 100000 miles on it and a transfer that would have me driving to toledo every day, I wasn't even really looking for a car but with a car with just over 100000 miles on it and a transfer that would have me driving to toledo every day, I was growing on line and the Nissan Leaf sparked my interedt. Mr. PRINZI was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with as was the sales manager, the on line lady and Tom the finance guy. This is the 3re car I've bought from this location and will recommend it to all my friends and family. More

Worst Experience of My Life!!! Do not go here! They lied to me to get me in the store, they kept me at the dealership for 5-6 hours while they were trying to figure out how to screw Do not go here! They lied to me to get me in the store, they kept me at the dealership for 5-6 hours while they were trying to figure out how to screw me over, they didn’t deliver the car when they said they would, they had me sign paperwork on an incorrect vehicle just to make a sale. It was the absolute worst experience ever, I wanted to leave half way through but they ran my credit without my permission and trapped me there. The whole crew is in on it, they only care about moving cars, not about the people buying them. DO NOT GO HERE! You can get the same vehicles pretty much anywhere else with much better customer service. These guys are deceitful, lying, and scheming and will do anything to trap you into a deal. More

Not happy Purchased a car in February claimed to serviced the car but the oil light was popping on and was told that it needs re-set it never happened they had Purchased a car in February claimed to serviced the car but the oil light was popping on and was told that it needs re-set it never happened they had to replace they wheel bearings and the oil still was never checked I was curious about it and had it checked out myself and the oil was low and looked like mud,,that cost me $80 that they never refund me for on top of that I'm still waiting on my car to get detailed because it was half done and was promised that it was going to get taken care of,,,, More

Why try to sell a warranty that doesn't cover anything? ! More

The nice Saleswoman Jodi took us out to look at some of the vehicles they had. We test drove one and my husband loved it. While we were waiting on paperwork to go thru, one of the other salesperson had pulled up a different car alongside the building. I kept looking at it and wondering if that car would be better for us. Credit wasn't the greatest and I was skeptical that we were going to be able to buy a car. Finally after a long time waiting patiently for news from The Bossman crunching numbers, and making calls to finance this car, he finally told Jodi to have the second car that we looked at cleaned up. We were taking it home with us. My Husband and I love the car. Thank You Reineke Nissan for helping us buy that car. More

Sales was nice, Poor Poor follow through I have had my car in 5 times since I bought my SUV, they have fixed something and one point. Just had my car in for over a month, just to get it home I have had my car in 5 times since I bought my SUV, they have fixed something and one point. Just had my car in for over a month, just to get it home and the check Engine light comes on. Back to the Dealer and they said it was just a dirty sensor. Im sorry I hesitant to believe them anymore. Would NEVER buy from this dealer again. I was told they would get me a manual - never did, Was told they would buff out a crack - Never did. Luckily you can get manuals online. I will say this since I had it in the shop so much, and it then became out of warranty. they have paid for it all so far. BUT I shouldn't have had to hassle them for everything and to get a call back when they say they would. More
