Free lube and oil change on leased Rogue My 9 am lube and oil appointment was completed in about 35 minutes. I was greeted by name after exiting my vehicle. After a quick signing of the work order, I was briefly escorted to the pleasant customer lounge, where 4 or 5 people were quietly watching TV. A woman cheerfully offered us fresh-baked cookies, but all declined. A gentleman informed me that my vehicle was ready and parked facing the street just outside the showroom. Overall it was a pleasure to do business with this dealership again! The staff are courteous and friendly! More

SERVICE STRUGGLE I took my LEASED Nissan Rogue to have it looked at because it stalled. When I got there, the employee looked it up on the computer and said, "You are I took my LEASED Nissan Rogue to have it looked at because it stalled. When I got there, the employee looked it up on the computer and said, "You are scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation." I answered, "No, you were asked to take a look at why the car may have stalled. If it needs an oil change, I will have to reschedule because I have another appointment." I had an appointment scheduled 1 1/2 hours later. The employee asked me a couple of questions about the stalling problem and agreed to have it looked at. An hour later, I went to the employee and asked if it would be ready soon, as I had another appointment. He said, "Yes, they are finishing the oil change/ tire rotation and will be done quickly." This was an oil change / tire rotation that was not scheduled or approved. Twenty minutes later, I went to tell the man that I had to get some papers out of the car so I could go to my appointment. I was going to walk there (and arrive late) and then pick up my car. The employee said that my car was done. I had to pay just under $60 for an unauthorized oil change that could have been done for $35.00. If you would like to build positive relationships with your customers, please listen to their wishes. My car didn't even need an oil change for 1,500 more miles! That is at least two months of driving for me. More

A yellow light came on the dash and due to circumstances of being out of town , we did not get back in til this week. The diagnostic test cost me $70. and the part another $200+. I feel Reinke Nissan should’ve stood behind the Jeep they sold me or at least waved the diagnostic coat. Of course when I bought it we were told it’s great. More

Got what I wanted. I went in with a figure in mind for a 2017 Charger. I got exactly what I wanted. It took a couple of times sending the sales person back to get better figures. The only reason I docked a star was they made me believe that they would offer me more on my trade in they did. The receptionist made it sound like they were running a special but offered me far less than trade in value. I opted to keep my car and have 2 car payments. More
Pissed off I went to have my oil changed and a piece that the service department never finished tightening down on my heater control panel. after I got my truck I went to have my oil changed and a piece that the service department never finished tightening down on my heater control panel. after I got my truck back they had scratched my dash pads over my passenger side air bag with deep grooves, along with screw driver pry marks on the other pieces of my plastic all over the dash parts. They are suppose to be replacing all the parts. Let's see how this is going to pan out!! If not I will be contacting the BBB period and maybe the news channels as well. More
