Average The experience was average. They were respectful of my budget but not my time. I dealt with 3 different sales guys and the only one that was good was The experience was average. That was the first car I bought from them and it was a good enough experience. 2 weeks later I went to go buy another car and the experience was rather unpleasant. I was told that an offer would be ready on Wednesday afternoon. Thursday at 9 am I showed up and still no offer was ready. I had an exam at 1 and was given attitude for leaving. After my test I went bad and was told that maybe something could be figured out even though they still did not have an offer from the day before. I probably won't go back but would probably refer a friend. More

Engine repair My Ford Flex (only 3 years old) had a oil leak at the turbo. I live 400 miles away but I bought by car from Reineke in Lima OH. I went to a local dealer where I live to get it fixed as it was still under warranty but I was getting a run around from them, and being charged just to have them look at it, even though it was under warranty. I was very uncomfortable with their service so I took it back to Lima and got the job done -- no problems at all. Awesome mechanic at the Nissan dealer did the job. More
