Brought the vehicle in for an issue with the infotainment system and was told it was resolved only to get home and find it was not. Service slow with appointment, no complimentary vacuum, no sticker change and Matt was rude to me. I called because my car didn’t look like it was serviced, Matt went on to tell me that they don’t offer co no sticker change and Matt was rude to me. I called because my car didn’t look like it was serviced, Matt went on to tell me that they don’t offer complimentary vaccum or washes after your car has been serviced anymore, “we haven’t done that in years, you have to request it.” He also told me that I needed to request my oil change sticker to be changed. I have never done that before and I’ve been a regal customer since 2011. Matt said I can just follow when my car said I need an oil change, which I don’t know how to do. Very disappointed in the service I received the other day. More
