The entire experience was terrible. When the repair was complete, someone scratched the plastic cover. I brought it to Rays attention and he said he would order a new part. I never heard back. I called to check in. Ray could not remember what part it was that he ordered so he didn't know if the part was in stock. I had to send him a picture of the part. Again, i never heard back. I called the following week, left a message. My husband also called. No response. I eventually called and asked for a manager. Spoke to Chrissy. She said she would find out and get back to me the following day. (I followed up 2 days later) I once again had to send a photo of the part. I was the part was there. Arrived at the dealer for my appointment. 2 hours into the appointment, Ray approaches me to let me know that he just found out that I was there for my appointment but that they could not find the part that was needed. Chrissy was looking g for a new car in the right color to take the part off of it. 30 minuets later the part was found, replaced and i was on my way. More
I was highly disappointed with this dealership. I had an appointment but had to wait 20 minutes just to get checked in. Then my wait for the oil change was almost 3 hours. Just for a basic oil chan I had an appointment but had to wait 20 minutes just to get checked in. Then my wait for the oil change was almost 3 hours. Just for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Also, when driving home I noticed grease finger marks on my dashboard. Totally unacceptable. More
