All I wanted was to know if my car qualified for a recall. I dropped it off Friday and didn’t get it back until Wednesday, along with a bill of $129 to tell me it doesn’t fall under the recall and the recall. I was told I could drop my car off after hours, BUT THE PARKING LOT WAS GATED SHUT. My husband went around and finally found a gate that could be pushed open. Why tell me I can drop it off after hours but not let me know about this?? There was no communication for 3 days about my car, just the auto text about who my technician was. I’ve never been more disgusted with a business in my life. I will drive to another county before I ever come to this place again. More

When I took my car for maintenance with an appointment, I still didn’t get my car back until five hours later, when the service department was already closed, because they forgot to call me to pick up my car still didn’t get my car back until five hours later, when the service department was already closed, because they forgot to call me to pick up my car. Also, after they gave me the prices to approve the services needed, I found out at pick up that the service was not performed because they didn’t have the very expensive parts. This was not a nice experience. More
