Unfortunately, every experience I’ve had with the service department at Regal Acura has been a disappointment. From poor communication to long wait times and a lack of updates, it’s clear there are serious i department at Regal Acura has been a disappointment. Each time I bring my vehicle in, I hope for an improved experience, but the same problems persist: • I’m left in the dark about the status of my vehicle, with little to no proactive communication. • Service times consistently run longer than promised, without explanation or apology. • Customer service feels impersonal, as though my concerns are not a priority. Owning an Acura comes with the expectation of premium service, but that has not been my experience here. I hope the management team takes these concerns seriously and implements changes to improve the quality of service. Loyal customers deserve much better. More

The service representative was confronted about his recommendations for things to do Along with the routine service of the car which had already been done around three months Ago and are not indicated. Of course he had no answer. Requested to get a random noise from the engine that was recently noticed, be evaluated as well at the time of routine service, he told me that you will have to come another day and we’ll be charged a separate diagnostic fee which was well over hundred dollars. Good way to make extra money for the dealership. Pathetic service! They used to have an honest service technician, Austin Smith, who never did anything like that, but He apparently does not work for them anymore. Of course, honest employees don’t work for me and all the corrupts are working for them. More
