Worst dealership to work with. Service after the sale is horrible. Ruben Rodriguez in service is rude and never answered our question as to what is wrong with my mothers vehicle. He passed us on to the service manager who never called us back either. Not only is the vehicle my mother bought a horrible vehicle (she bought a 2020 Ford Explorer brand new), the service is horrible.
