****update Red McCombs informed me that they will not be paying for the damages caused to my taillight (water intrusion) while it sat on their service lot exposed to the elements for over a month as they be paying for the damages caused to my taillight (water intrusion) while it sat on their service lot exposed to the elements for over a month as they waited for approval from the tow company to pay for the repairs. These guys are crooks and I would be hesitant to buy from Red McCombs and definitely not use their crooked service dept. Beware.**** Where do I start. From service advisors not calling me back when they say they will or at all in a timely manner to my vehicle being in the shop the first time for over a month only to get it back and drive it for a couple hours only to have it break down again in traffic. Ford roadside sent a tow 4 hours later and they damaged my rear taillight with body damage in transit. Pictures to prove it was their fault. My truck sat in Ford's service lot another month as they waited for more parts and to get approval from the tow company that they would pay for the damage their driver caused. Over 3k worth of damage. Now after 2 months of paying for a truck I haven't been able to drive and get my truck back and I immediately get error messages related to issues stemming from the replaced damaged light. Back to the service department. Again with lacking communication I'm finally told that their was water intrusion into the light causing corrosion to some part and that's not covered under warranty. I would be responsible for it. 1k for repair. I told service that this water intrusion occured while the truck sat in service for over a month and it wasn't my problem. Ford said they weren't going to pay either and would try to go after the tow company a second time for additional damages but it could take up to 2 to 3 more weeks. The service manager Issac Miller was very dismissive of our concerns about how long our truck has been in service and says it's Ford's issue and not the dealerships problem, and that was just have to wait. He doesn't care that we've had to make 3 payments now on a truck that we haven't been able to drive in months, paid taxes on rentals, car insurance and some Uber costs. Needless to say once this issue is resolved we will no longer be buying any Ford products ever again... Been lifelong Ford owners... Simply because the Red McCombs has been the worst representation of Ford we've ever had to deal with. More
Have had every single experience at Red McCombs as a wonderful experience. From my purchase in 2022 to recent repairs in 2024. Salesman is in constant communication regarding anything I ask. So much to mention about this poor customer service advisors. My vehicle has been in the shop for a week and no repairs have been done. This is the 5th time it being in the shop for the dame problem an advisors. My vehicle has been in the shop for a week and no repairs have been done. This is the 5th time it being in the shop for the dame problem and they keep saying nothing is wrong. I have proof videos and images of what the issue is and they could care less about it. I had to come in there to pull a fight to get a rental and answers. Gm is no where to be found, director has not answered our emails and no one is a help. Warranty, and exte did warranty are a no help when all they want to do is pretend they looked at it and send you on your way. I do not recommend this dealership for any work to be done to your vehicle. I am still waiting for explanations. More

I had a terrible experience with Red McCombs during my recent service visit. My vehicle was picked up at 8:45 am on 8/6 for two recalls. My advisor, Ryleigh Lavender, displayed the worst customer service I have encountered. Despite calling for an update at 1 pm and again at 2:45 pm, I was repeatedly told Ryleigh was at lunch. When Ryleigh finally called back, she informed me that my vehicle had not been looked at yet and blamed me for not calling sooner for an update. This was despite my appointment being scheduled for 9 am and not being informed that my vehicle would need more than one business day. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with her customer service, she canceled my repair and returned my car without any work done. I find this behavior unacceptable and unprofessional. Having previously purchased a vehicle and done regular maintenance at this dealership, I will not be returning after today. I would be embarrassed to have such behavior representing my business. More
Was sent to McCombs by the insurance company. Horrible shady dealership! Service orders cheap replacements parts & bills insurance for the actual name brand part! Called my real dealership & they have 1 part in stock & the other can be ordered & arrive early the next morning!! Nothing but lies, no communication. Look through all reviews for all McCombs locations! Beware of some of the good reviews! They have “digital content creators” give fake reviews!!! They need to start caring about their customers then they wouldn’t have to pay for fake reviews! RUN from here!! More

This dealership is terrible was very aggressive with sales when I first bought this car six years ago. However, I find that that is a normal sales tactic. My biggest gripe and concern is with the service center. It is absolutely terrible. You have to book an appointment just to get your car looked at. It took three weeks to do normal warranty work. It’s absolutely unacceptable. Not only will this be the last time I ever do business with red McCombs but this will be the last Ford I buy. When I tell them about the experience I had at Lexus all they had to say is yeah well that’s Lexus , it doesn’t mean you can’t learn from that experience and try to provide the same kind of customer service which is terrible. Javier was my service manager and he did a horrible job with it. Never calls you back never is the first one to give you the update you’re always trying to figure out what’s going on with your vehicle. Never again I’m about to trade the truck and just get a Lexus SUV. More
