The day we were able to go to dealership ended up being his day off. We were quickly helped by Felix who also was friendly and took time with us even though we arrived only an hour and twenty minutes before closing. He gave us all the information we would need prior to us calling our insurance company to add the Pilot onto our policy. Felix spent time going over all the features of the car especially the technology aspects which was fantastic since all our previous cars did have this type of technology capabilities. By this time it was already past official closing. Scott from financing was friendly as well and very organized. All information was carefully explained in a timely fashion while not feeling rushed. Definitely worth the trip from New Jersey. More
