Made getting my first new car experience great! My parents' car broke down during a long commute from NJ. They wanted to use my car for work and have me get a new one for my uses. I had no knowledge of this plan until I drove home the day before. I also know nothing about cars and my dad couldn't stay the entire time. So that only left me and my mom who knows even less about cars. Fortunately our car dealer, Felix Cruz, was very accomodating with our needs. He didn't waste time on cars that were way out of our price range and took into consideration of my parents' tight budget. (Two kids in college makes it hard to buy things.) He made sure to inform me of the different payment plans available and hooked us up with a nice Honda Civic. We did have to return later that day because of a minor steering wheel issue. The dealership was really busy when we returned and Felix was dealing with another customer. Despite this, Felix dealt with the issue promptly and my mom and I were able to leave about 20 minutes later with the car fixed. I later drove that car on the highway and it worked beautifully. More
