Awesome Experience I had my 2015 Chevy Cruz with 72k miles in for service. The turbo had blown unexpectedly. I called Ray Chevy and talked with John Geary. Explained w I had my 2015 Chevy Cruz with 72k miles in for service. The turbo had blown unexpectedly. I called Ray Chevy and talked with John Geary. Explained what happened and he got me in immediately....like within 5 minutes immediately. John said he wasn't sure how long the repair would take, do to backorder on part, but would keep me informed on the progress. He said early estimates could be 6 to 8 weeks. Without question was given a loaner vehicle free of charge. Just had to provide proof of insurance. Repair was covered under manufacturer's warranty, Had the loaner car for a month, I was given updates regularly. The parts arrived quicker than expected. The car was fixed and running beautifully. For a situation that could have gone terribly wrong and taking a very long time. It was handled expertly. John was informative, understanding, straightforward, and honest. Best of all, the bill came and there was no charge.....no charge for anything!!! Everything was covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The experience was one of the best I've ever had. Thank you for everything John Geary!!!!!!! More

Funky radio I had a radio screen that would go on and off. I called in and they had me an appointment within minutes. I brought it in and they had it diagnosed wi I had a radio screen that would go on and off. I called in and they had me an appointment within minutes. I brought it in and they had it diagnosed within an hour. I had to comeback which is not their fault but they had my radio screen in and done within an hour. They made this somewhat stressful thing done and fixed. Now I can go back to rocking out again. More
