I had a disagreement with some service procedures and I vowed to NEVER take my truck there for anything. However Dan Cameron (service rep.) went over and beyond all expectations to keep my business and treated me more than fairly. Oh yea, I'm going to keep on having them service my truck. Service? I made an appointment on October 24 for a factory recall repair of the brake vacuum. A service advisor told me that a vehicle inspection indicated tha I made an appointment on October 24 for a factory recall repair of the brake vacuum. A service advisor told me that a vehicle inspection indicated that my truck was also due for a transmission fluid service. I agreed to let them complete the transmission service. After three hours, I was told that the truck would be ready to go after a mechanic test drove it and a vehicle wash. When it was ready, I left the dealership and pulled out on to Route 12 and the brakes started making noise and would not stop easy. I turned around and went back with it and was told that the brake booster pump went out. Evidently, the truck WAS NOT TEST DRIVEN following the repair. Thanks to Dan Cameron for making sure that all repairs were ultimately made correctly and bringing my blood pressure back down. More
