I had to wait 45 minutes for my loaner car when I had been on the schedule to get one for over a month. They were great, although I don’t think they listened to all the things we thought were wrong with our car. While they had our car for a few weeks to figure out issues we had with it they were supposed to g all the things we thought were wrong with our car.
