Purchasing my truck was great . .. The after service has been less than favorable. I dropped it off at the appointment time they set and the service was suppose to take appox 2 hour .. The after service has been less than favorable. I dropped it off at the appointment time they set and the service was suppose to take appox 2 hours. I came back 3.5 hours later and the truck was sitting in the exact place I dropped it of in. Nothing had been done. They rescheduled and as a compensation for my loss of time all they did was come pick up and drop it off the day of the reschedule. In addition I have been waiting since Sept 10, 2022 for a refund on mud flaps I didn't need as the truck already had them. It is so disappointing because I have been using Raymond Kia for the past 6 years for for service on my Kia Soul and they are so awesome I was hoping for the same or at least similar experience at Ray Chevy... That has not been the case yet. More

Your service advisor T. J, Burke is the best i ever had there. Why his compassion to help, listen and act on my needs. I went there for a vehicle inspection and a code that c J, Burke is the best i ever had there. Why his compassion to help, listen and act on my needs. I went there for a vehicle inspection and a code that came on from my engine lite. Replaced a power inverter in engine area. What i did not like was that i was there for 4 hours with a appointment. I saw my vehicle in shop and it took 15 minutes to replace. I was quoted a 1 hundred dollar charge for inspection. I had the air filter replaced , total charge 399.00. I drive 35 miles 1 way, thats x2. More
