Had or Chevy Trax in the service center for about a week. We were kept informed and an estimate of when we would receive our Trax Back. TJ our service Representative was amazing. He went above and beyond to keep us informed, if parts needed to be ordered, if they needed to keep our Trax longer than was expected. Just a great person to work with. I recommend TJ Burke to anyone that needs their vehicle serviced. The rest of the team at Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake are all amazing. Thank You Tj and the rest of the service team. It's nice to work with honest caring people!
