The Service Coordinator was friendly and helpful. Very informed responses to my questions. The greeter in Service did look and comment that there were no other appointments for this time so I am not sure why it took so long. I could comment on the cost of the Cabin Air Filter. O'Reilly's has a store brand for $14.99 and Fram for $24.99 and the price I was quoted was $74.99. More
