We talked about the price I wanted to pay for the suv and what I wanted for my trade in over the phone; and the deal was made. No pressure, no hassle. It was the easiest buying experience I have ever had. Andy was very prompt with phone calls, and gave us updates on when the suv would be at the dealership. He took care of the insurance and prep work before we came to pick up the suv to speed the process up. That was wonderful. The gx460 was immaculate.
