They’re just going to go down to the nearest Lexus dealer and grab whatever car they have available. Lexus is a great car - how different is one dealership over the other anyway? Turns out there's one fantastic dealership in NJ and I've put in the time and research to share with you. Will you drive 2-3 hours to get the Lexus you want? Will you contact every dealership in 4 states? I did. I will do whatever I have to do to get the exact car I want, at the rates I’m looking for, with people I want to do business with. I have no problem driving a long distance once every few years to make sure I have just that. I’ve done the research and I’ve put in the time. Hopefully this will help you start your car buying journey right by personally introducing you to the best Lexus dealership in NJ. I have just leased my 5th Lexus in a row so I’m a bit of an expert on Lexus over the years. If you love Lexus, I don’t need to tell you that the 2022 models are stunningly beautiful. Everything from the look, to the shape, to the Mark Levinson stereo has improved dramatically since I got my last Lexus in 2019. Obviously we’re in a different world now. I extended my lease to wait out the chip shortages, manufacturing slowdowns, etc. and I’m glad I did. I’ve had email and live chat conversations in the past with every Lexus Dealer in NJ, NY,CT and PA. I got my first Lexus nearby. I got my second one 3 hours away. One dealer 2 hours away won my business hands down for the next 3 vehicles. That dealership is Ray Catena Lexus Of Monmouth. The last couple of years kept my Lexus #4 at very low mileage. I was looking into buying it outright. In June I received an email from Chad Meiden, the sales manager at Ray Catena Lexus. He made an offer in his very first email. He looked up my exact model and build and put together an offer that was easy to say yes to. He didn’t write to me with cut and paste blurbs like “come check out our new line of cars.” He put in the time to find out the last car I leased from them. He didn’t send me an offer for whatever he happened to have laying around on the lot. He matched the car I’m driving perfectly. He saw that I was on Lexus #4 and each car was almost identical in features and model. I agreed to the offer. That’s when Chad went to work finding the vehicle I wanted. We’re in crazy times. Less vehicles are being made. The exact color combination and packages I want in my Lexus are very hard to find. The last time this happened, Ray Catena Lexus did a trade with a dealership in Dayton Ohio just to get the vehicle I wanted. That was easy compared to now. They were making a handful of the one I want for the entire continental US. So Chad arranged with the factory in Japan to make the vehicle I want, allocate it for his dealership and put it on a boat. I’m sure I’m simplifying it but that’s what he did to help me. Chad also brought in Joe Marino to assist with what I would call a project at this point. I had a lot of questions and Joe took time to answer them all. I had to drive 2 hours to the dealership and Joe arranged all the paperwork to be ready to go. I parked my “old” car and started signing papers for my new one. Little thing I appreciated: Of all the Lexus dealerships I’ve been in, they are the only one with a coffee machine that grinds the beans while you wait and gives you a fresh cup. If you really like coffee, it’s nice to have when you’re signing papers. Ray Catena Lexus is miles above all the other Lexus dealers in things big and small. I can certainly buy coffee elsewhere. But if you’re going to bother to put coffee out, do it right like Ray Catena Lexus. People who appreciate the details of a car, appreciate the details of their experience. I still had lots of questions while I signed my paperwork with Joe Marino. Joe Marino is easily the smartest salesperson I’ve worked with in any field. I learned a lot from him in our brief conversation. Jim Richardelli generously stayed late and showed me the newest tech since my last Lexus and then drove it out for me. The new vehicle is night and day improved since 2019. From the new fonts in the speedometer to the new navigation system. I’m very grateful to Chad Mieden, Joe Marino and Jim Richardelli and everyone at Ray Catena Lexus Of Monmouth for their time, support and expertise. I can’t imagine having a better experience with getting a new car. They put in the extra time so I wouldn’t have to. That’s not something I take for granted. This is my 5th Lexus and easily my best experience. Wherever you are in NJ or nearby, Ray Catena Lexus Of Monmouth is a hidden gem with staff that make all the difference in the world. I genuinely feel bad for anyone who goes elsewhere. When my lease is up, I know where I’ll be going. Thanks again Chad, Joe and Jim! More

From Sales (Andrew Seibert, Master Sales Consultant, who is incredible, gives great deal, very accommodating in every single detail of Lexus RX, pure perfection, an amazingly easy and flawless sales transaction) to Service (Brian Chadwick, Manager Service Dept., Frank DiAdamo, Asst. mgr.) to follow through are all simply amazing with the utmost in professionalism, consistent reliability, and go over and beyond is just “Priceless” ! I have been a customer with this dealership for 20 years and now on my tenth RX, and can say without question - this is the BEST dealership anywhere ! More
