Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth Service Department and Dealership are just beyond words “impressive in every way possible”. Entire Service Department are highly professional with expertly skilled technicians who “flawlessly” took care of every aspect of my RX (and my prior 20 RXs they took care of for me).. Brian Chadwick (Manager of the Service Dept.) Top Notch - manages a truly outstanding Service Department and with such amazing customer service that is again - beyond words = “ PRICELESS”. I also must specifically acknowledge my sales consultant (Andrew Seibert) of many years: amazing great car deals for me. Andy is honest, knows my car preferences and my driving style, and oversees such a smooth and easy sales experience… that is such a pleasure. No stress, goes beyond in customer service, and patiently explains everything in every detail. Andrew Seibert is the best ! Overall and additionally: the “customer service” at Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth is EXCEPTIONAL and PERFECTION, and is something every customer needs to see for themself !
