As a salesperson, I can be the most difficult judge and every person that I came in contact with at the dealership was honest, friendly and sincere. My car needed to be ordered in and when it arrived, my salesman, Mike Barrone, was out of town but I was anxious to get my new car and did not want to wait. The team helped in his absence to secure the sale. I picked up the car and drove it home...not realizing that a certain package I had requested was missing. When I went back 2 days later and told Mike that it was the wrong car I had no idea what to expect. I was scared they would say "too bad" and I would be in for a fight. To my complete surprise...Mike apologized for the oversight, took the car back and reordered the right car. They also loaned me a beautiful RX 350 while I waited for them to locate the right car and within a 3 days I picked up my new car! Amazing! I will be their client for life!!! More
