Purchase of Lexus 450H My wife and I have just leased a new Lexus 450H hybrid from Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold NJ. My wife's prior lease of a Buick Enclave was coming due f My wife and I have just leased a new Lexus 450H hybrid from Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold NJ. My wife's prior lease of a Buick Enclave was coming due from a 39 month engagement and wanted to have a different experience in her next vehicle. That is a key for me, change is ok!. Having said that she fell in love with the hybrid we tested but had different specifics to the vehicle that the one we tested did not have. Since they do not make many it was hard finding one but the dealers perseverance locating one quite far away showed us they cared and wanted to do what they could to support our new experience we were looking for. Once locating the vehicle and working out the details with the dealer currently possessing it they covered the flatbed fee on their dime and low and behold we have it sitting in our garage today. My wife's lease expires on the 17th of September so she felt since she still had miles to go she would use them and turn the Enclave in on the 17th and go home to her new Lexus. The car itself is quite a vehicle indeed. Thanks for all your support Bernard who is our rep and the back office folks who assisted in working the deal. This was our first time leasing and it was a breeze. No hard negotiation tactics or sales pressures. Bernard went above and beyond to meet what we wanted and answered all the questions we had. We actually live closer to Lexus of Edison owned by Open Road and no one from their dealership acknowledged or spoke to us when we walked into their show room. We are a younger couple and they probably felt we were not serious shoppers. Our appearance can be deceiving to most people but Ray Catena Lexus Freehold treated us as individuals and did not judge us when we walked into the door.
