Customer Service at its BEST I have 2 Lexus's in my garage and Ray Catena Lexus at Freehold always exceeds our expectations. My experience specially with their Service dept has been exceptional. They never make a fuss no matter what your issues are and from the get go, you can tell they take your satisfaction seriously. Today I had to take my LS 460 for an issue that was caused by the newly replaced tires [ I bought the tires online and had a local tire shop Road Force balance and mount the tires]. Ray Catena gave me a loaner car and after identifying that the car had no issues, road force balanced all 4 tires at no cost. Wow !! Gave me a loaner car and balanced all tires to fix an issue that they did not have to - at no cost. Most other dealers would have told me to get the issue resolved at the shop where I had installed the tires. Special thanks to Daniel the svc manager and John the Foreman. Fantastick treatment post-sale I love my new 2016 RX350 and, like many other customers had to drive with a temporary registration/plate for a while. The registration came in from South Carolina in a few weeks.( My wife and I snowbird between NJ and SC). The plates from my old car were put on the new one and I was about to leave the dealership when I realized the new registration from SC would expired in about 7 days. There was no way I could get a new registration from SC in time. I'd have to contact and coordinate the county auditor, the county treasurer and the state DMV into action. Fat chance! I asked my salesman, Bernard Tremblay if he could help and he put me in touch with Leonora Gagliano. I don't know who she called or spoke to but she made a miracle happen and got my registration to me in time. Thank you Leonora! Thank you Bernard! And thank you, Ray Catena! More

Great Experience I leased another car from a Ray Catena dealership, something I actually try to do. I have had many cars from various Ray Catena stores and I must say they almost never disappoint when it comes to service and professionalism. All their service departments are good, some are great, this one happens to be great thanks to having Rich, John and Christoper. They make me want to get a car from Ray Catena. I had a great experience with one of the car delivery consultant people, John, he was able to figure out a setting on my navigation that eluded some of the others including Lexus Customer Service, great job, thanks for the persistence. Every dealer can sell the same car, Ray Catena sells them better. More
