Same experience as with any of my previous 13 purchases -- outstanding car, great price, no hassles, top notch service. I also want to give kudos to the service team who went above and beyond to fix a problem with the new car -- namely Chris Gioffre, Bernard Tremblay, Eric Cohen and Richard Venerus. These gentlemen all went out of their way to satisfy my concerns and issues. One thing that sets a dealership apart from another is NOT that there are never problems, but rather the way in which problems are dealt with. And that boils down to the PEOPLE. Chris has been a steadfast, honest and accommodating Service Manager for many years. He's a busy man who never makes you feel rushed or imposing. He is the ONLY reason I use Freehold Lexus over Ocean Twp Lexus (Ocean Twp is closer to my home but Freehold is where my loyalty is). Loyalty works both ways and the folks at Lexus know that. I have recently started dealing with Richard, but my early experience has been outstanding. He's the "real deal" and I look forward to a long and loyal relationship. And Eric is an up and coming star addition to the Ray Catena Lexus Service team -- he knows how to treat customers and is my "go to" guy when Chris isn't around. As far as Bernard Tremblay is concerned -- he is the only salesperson I will deal with at Lexus; not because there is something wrong with any of the others, but rather Bernard is by far, THE BEST.
