Found something, made contact and within an hour after second contact, he met me with the vehicle that was better than the one I was going to purchase elsewhere. Took that vehicle to the mechanic instead of the one I planned on. Drove to the dealership for the first time with intended purchase and within about an hour and a half left the building with my purchase at a competitive price. No hassle, no pressure. Great experience with used car people. Didn't know that was possible. More

What real customer care is! I walked in to look at 5 vehciles. The way Jud showed me the first one was it. When I came back we sat down and talked with him writing down my concerns. He looked over the list and said he wanted to make them right for me then offered some funds towards the repairs. The next day he called me saying everything was going to be fixed along with making me feel like i was the most important customer the dealer has. Then on the next day he told the funds he offered did not cover everything. Here is the real surprise - he said he would cover the costs and I was not to worry about anything. From showing the vehcile to offering funds for repairs to covering the costs when the funds did not cover everything. WHAT CAR DEALERSHIP DOES THAT? This is what real customer care is! I am telling everyone about them and that will happen as long as I am kicking the bucket! More

Best Experience at a Dealership to Date I've never had a dealership bend over backwards for me like them. I had to drive from Boulder to Parker and had an appointment close to closing time. I hit traffic and got there late, so the place was closed. I called and got the owner on the phone, within 15 min a salesman, chuck, came to the rescue out of his own personal time. They opened the office, let me test drive, and assessed the value of my car. I got back after my test drive and literally had a 3 sentence negotiation on price and trade in value, I was out of the office with a new car within a half hour.... it was kind of a rush (in a good way). They are a no BS/overqualified crew! More
